Socially responsible
The Dimarco Group has always been interested in promoting awareness about social, economic and environmental issues, and even more so in recent years.
Consequently it established new targets to efficiently manage the social and ethical impact of its business activities: to implement production to create well-being among customers and between communities; to always abide by the law, ensuring integrity and transparency and ensure maximum security; improve job skills and equal opportunities; foster the development of the local community with utmost attention to technological innovations.
In addition, both in its corporate organization and work processes, the Group has decided to undertake a commitment to give more attention to eco-sustainability, curbing emissions and reducing its impact on the environment.
This sensitization process is applied systemically, from the installation of equipment for energy saving in the new company’s headquarters to making all its collaborators responsible and accountable for their actions.
Company safety
Risk assessment by the employers is the linchpin of the Company’s policy on safety, managing, containing and solving the risks detected.
Dimarco intends to apply an MGSSL [Workplace Health and Safety Management Model] which conforms to the reference standard OHSAS 18001/2007 (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series), considered the gold standard for the implementation of an MGSSL.
The initiative to implement this model was taken in the belief that it is a valuable tool for raising awareness and providing guidance for all the people who work under the name and on behalf of the Dimarco Group, so they maintain proper and consistent conduct to avoid the risk of breaking the law.
Moreover, following the direction indicated by the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Dimarco adopted and disseminated to all interested parties a specific “Ethics Code” which sets out the general principles of business ethics, particularly regarding health and safety in the workplace — and the Company requires full respect of this Code by everyone.
