Nach den Fleischb\u00e4llchen in Tomatenso\u00dfe zelebrieren wir heute die sizilianische K\u00fcche in einer ihrer duftendsten und geselligsten Varianten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caponata, ein typisches Gericht S\u00fcditaliens, ist ein s\u00fc\u00df-saures Geschmackserlebnis aus Gem\u00fcse, Kapern, Oliven, Rosinen und Pinienkernen: intensive Aromen, die die Geschichte einer authentischen, k\u00f6stlichen Region erz\u00e4hlen. Gennaro rundet das Gericht mit einem Hauch von Ziegenk\u00e4se ab und serviert es auf knusprigem, duftendem Pinsa Di Marco. Das Ergebnis? Bereiten Sie die Caponata zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Aubergine w\u00fcrfeln. In reichlich hei\u00dfem Pflanzen\u00f6l 2\u20133 Minuten goldbraun braten. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer sauberen Pfanne das Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und Knoblauch, Sellerie und Paprika 4 Minuten anbraten. Die Zwiebel hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 10 Minuten garen. Kapern und Oliven dazugeben, kurz anbraten, bis sie duften, dann die Aubergine hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit Salz w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essig, Zucker und Tomatenmark separat verr\u00fchren. In die Mitte der Pfanne gie\u00dfen, die Hitze erh\u00f6hen, Pinienkerne und Rosinen hinzuf\u00fcgen und 2 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Vom Herd nehmen und Basilikum unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Die Pinsa zusammensetzen und kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heizen Sie den Backofen auf 240 \u00b0C (oder 220 \u00b0C Umluft) vor. Backen Sie die Di Marco Pinienkerne 5 Minuten lang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus dem Ofen nehmen, die Caponata darauf verteilen und mit Ziegenk\u00e4se bestreuen. Weitere 4 Minuten backen.
