Saftig, aromatisch und reichhaltig \u2013 genau wie Gennaros K\u00fcche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr diesen Anlass w\u00e4hlte sie eine besondere Form, perfekt f\u00fcr Streetfood: die Sorriso, eine Pinsa, die wie ein Sandwich gef\u00fcllt werden kann \u2013 ideal f\u00fcr eine schnelle, aber schmackhafte Mahlzeit. Bereiten Sie die Porchetta zu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C (Umluft) vorheizen. Die Pancetta mit der Fleischseite nach oben auflegen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und anschlie\u00dfend gehackten Salbei, Rosmarin, Thymian und Knoblauch gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig darauf verteilen. Die Pancetta der L\u00e4nge nach fest aufrollen und mit K\u00fcchengarn zusammenbinden. Mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Karotten auf dem Boden einer Auflaufform verteilen, die Porchetta darauflegen und 2 Stunden backen. Nach 1 Stunde die Temperatur auf 160 \u00b0C (Umluft) reduzieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald die Porchetta gar ist, auf ein Schneidebrett legen und vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Die s\u00fc\u00df-saure So\u00dfe zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebeln und \u00c4pfel mit Wasser, \u00d6l, Salz und Pfeffer in einem Topf bei schwacher Hitze zugedeckt etwa 25 Minuten weich d\u00fcnsten. Vom Herd nehmen, Senf hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Den Pinsa Smile zubereiten und zusammensetzen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heizen Sie den Backofen vor und backen Sie die Sorrisi di Pinsa 5\u20138 Minuten lang, wie auf der Packung angegeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Halbieren, jede H\u00e4lfte mit etwas s\u00fc\u00df-saurer So\u00dfe bestreichen, mit Porchetta-Scheiben und etwas Rucola belegen und wie ein Sandwich zusammenklappen.
