THE'beginning of the school year<\/strong> September is an important time for many Italians, young and old! Let's say a final goodbye to the summer that is coming to an end and get back to talking about books, lessons and tests. From kindergarten to university<\/strong>, students return to the classrooms with more or less energy, while the memory of the holidays is still vivid in their minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To resume studying with a smile, too a good snack<\/strong> can help! Here at Di Marco we always have some more ideas to share when it comes to delicious food that is also nutritious and easy to digest. Yes, you heard right: we are talking about our beloved Original Roman Pinsa<\/strong>, which allows us to create many recipes for quick and practical snacks to also take to class!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT'S RECREATION TIME!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The interval bell rings, it's time to relax a bit. However, by mid-morning you can feel the hunger: here's a Roman Pinsa<\/strong><\/a> stuffed<\/strong> It can be a good alternative to the classic sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The light dough, made with a mix of wheat, soy and rice flours and with dried sourdough<\/strong>, makes the Pinsa extremely crumbly and digestible: this way you don't run into the classic post-break drowsiness, due to snacks too rich in sugars and fats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From sweet to savory, filling our Pinsa Romana is really simple: the most common solution is the classic cured meat in thin slices, but the options with cheeses, vegetables, sauces such as hummus and the like, are equally tasty and easy to prepare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also know how difficult it is for those who suffer from celiac disease<\/strong> or of lactose intolerance<\/strong>, find an idea for a tasty snack to bring to class: luckily, our base also exists for Gluten and lactose free Roman Pinsa<\/strong><\/a>, which we made with pea protein, quinoa flour, rice sourdough and a portion of vegetable fiber (beetroot and psyllium).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SNACK AT HOME<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

And here we are again in front of the books, it is time to study<\/strong>! At school as well as at university, the biggest challenge is always the one that awaits us when we start to turn the pages or when we pick up the pen to write. Concentrating is difficult and requires a lot of energy: this is why the mid-afternoon snack is a healthy habit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As with the morning snack, the afternoon snack must also be light, without giving up the taste that will help us better face the fatigue of studying!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
