Difficile de ne pas \u00eatre convaincu, n&#039;est-ce pas\u00a0? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA PINSA ROMAINE \u00ab TRASTEVERE \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Juste \u00e0 <strong><em>Trastevere<\/em><\/strong> nous avons d\u00e9di\u00e9 une recette de Pinsa Romana avec <strong>morue en p\u00e2te<\/strong> \u00c0 base de ricotta, la morue est en effet tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente dans la cuisine romaine et, \u00e0 Trastevere, elle est au c\u0153ur des menus de nombreux bars et restaurants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En guise d&#039;accompagnement, nous avons pens\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre produit typique du Latium, la Ricotta Romana DOP, un fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te molle avec une note sucr\u00e9e distincte qui contraste tr\u00e8s bien avec la salinit\u00e9 de la morue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous ajoutez \u00e0 cela le croquant apport\u00e9 par la base pr\u00e9cuite pour Pinsa Romana Classica r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Di Marco, inventeur de la Pinsa Romana, l&#039;excellent r\u00e9sultat est garanti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2te de cette base, roul\u00e9e \u00e0 la main par les artisans experts en pinsaioli de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Di Marco, est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec un m\u00e9lange de farines de bl\u00e9, de soja et de riz qui, avec la longue lev\u00e9e de 72 heures, garantit un produit parfum\u00e9, l\u00e9ger et hautement digestible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g de cabillaud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de farine 00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de Ricotta Romana DOP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile de graines au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 citron bio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>huile EVO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau gazeuse au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PR\u00c9PARATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour donner vie \u00e0 cette expression originale de la romanit\u00e9, il suffit de suivre quelques \u00e9tapes simples qui vous donneront imm\u00e9diatement l&#039;impression d&#039;\u00eatre sur une Vespa dans les ruelles du Trastevere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&#039;abord, faites tremper la morue dans l&#039;eau pendant au moins 24 heures, en changeant l&#039;eau toutes les 7 heures. Le produit sera ainsi dessal\u00e9. M\u00e9langez ensuite l&#039;eau gazeuse et la farine dans un bol jusqu&#039;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse, \u00e9paisse et homog\u00e8ne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous devez maintenant faire frire la morue, pr\u00e9alablement coup\u00e9e en morceaux et tremp\u00e9e dans la p\u00e2te, dans de l&#039;huile tr\u00e8s chaude pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elle ait un aspect dor\u00e9 et croustillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et maintenant, la partie amusante\u00a0: prenez la Pinsa et \u00e9talez-y une couche de ricotta fra\u00eeche sur laquelle nous d\u00e9poserons les morceaux de cabillaud \u00e9goutt\u00e9s. Assaisonnez le tout avec de l&#039;huile d&#039;olive extra vierge, une pinc\u00e9e de poivre noir et un zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9.
