Les ingr\u00e9dients doivent s&#039;harmoniser, tant sur le plan esth\u00e9tique que gustatif\u00a0: une bonne Pinsa Romana est un r\u00e9gal pour les yeux et le palais\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DONNEZ DE L&#039;IMPORTANCE \u00c0 LA GARNITURE PRINCIPALE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LE&#039;<strong>ingr\u00e9dient principal<\/strong> La garniture d&#039;une Pinsa Romana doit toujours \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse en quantit\u00e9 et d&#039;excellente qualit\u00e9. Il en va de m\u00eame pour la coupe et la composition de la garniture, qui doivent toujours mettre en valeur l&#039;ingr\u00e9dient principal. Ainsi, la garniture restera grav\u00e9e dans la m\u00e9moire du client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMMENCER PAR LA BASE <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;assaisonnement doit toujours commencer par le <strong>choisir une base<\/strong> auquel combiner, en couches successives, les diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients de notre topping. <br>Les bases les plus courantes sont la tomate, la mozzarella, le fromage frais ou les cr\u00e8mes v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Une fois la base choisie, commencez par le premier ingr\u00e9dient, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un l\u00e9gume, puis ajoutez les prot\u00e9ines (charcuterie, viande ou poisson) et, \u00ab\u00a0hors du four\u00a0\u00bb, ajoutez la touche finale qui \u00e9quilibre les saveurs et les couleurs. <br>Les quatre conseils que nous avons \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u00e9pendent largement de l&#039;exp\u00e9rience du chef et du type de restauration (gastronomique ou traditionnelle, par exemple) pr\u00e9par\u00e9.
