Un moment de bonheur o\u00f9 l&#039;on peut enfin profiter d&#039;un moment de repos r\u00e9parateur en compagnie de ses amis et\/ou de sa famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous savons que beaucoup de gens aiment pr\u00e9parer des menus sp\u00e9ciaux et d\u00e9licieux pour le d\u00e9jeuner de Ferragosto, mais que beaucoup n&#039;ont pas envie de passer trop de temps derri\u00e8re les fourneaux. C&#039;est pourquoi nous avons imagin\u00e9 quatre recettes simples \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en quelques minutes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre excellent service. <strong>Les bases de la Pinsa Romana<\/strong>, pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#039;emploi, \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer en quelques minutes seulement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ENTR\u00c9E : ANCHOIS, MOZZARELLA ET TOMATES CERISES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tomates cerises jaunes et rouges, mozzarella bocconcino, oignon rouge frais, anchois, basilic<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parons les tomates cerises jaunes et rouges qui coloreront la surface de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/pinsaromana.it\/\">Pinsa romaine<\/a>La m\u00e9thode que nous utiliserons est celle qui les rendra confites, donc caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es. Nous coupons les tomates cerises en deux, les d\u00e9posons sur la plaque de cuisson et les assaisonnons d&#039;un filet d&#039;huile d&#039;olive extra vierge, d&#039;un peu de cassonade, d&#039;un peu de sel et d&#039;un m\u00e9lange d&#039;herbes aromatiques selon votre go\u00fbt (par exemple, origan, thym, romarin et sauge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux heures de cuisson \u00e0 130 degr\u00e9s suffiront \u00e0 donner aux tomates cerises la consistance et le moelleux id\u00e9aux. Nous les r\u00e9partissons sur la base de Pina Romana et la cuisons au four. \u00c0 la sortie, nous assaisonnons avec de fines tranches d&#039;oignon rouge, des morceaux de mozzarella, des filets d&#039;anchois \u00e0 l&#039;huile et des feuilles de basilic frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PREMIER PLAT : THON, SAUMON ET AVOCAT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Tartare de thon et saumon, avocat, orange sanguine et filaments de piment<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parons un tartare de saumon et de thon frais en coupant les tranches au couteau et en les faisant mariner avec un peu d&#039;huile et de citron. L&#039;avocat doit \u00eatre pel\u00e9, d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9, coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s et assaisonn\u00e9 d&#039;huile et de sel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9talons tous les ingr\u00e9dients sur la base de Pinsa Romana bien cuite sortant du four, en commen\u00e7ant par le tartare de thon et de saumon, suivi de l&#039;avocat et de petits morceaux d&#039;orange sanguine pel\u00e9e \u00ab ali vivo \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, nous d\u00e9corons avec des fils de piment s\u00e9ch\u00e9s et accompagnons cette Pinsa d&#039;un verre de vin blanc tranquille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DEUXI\u00c8ME PLAT : FIGUES ET B\u0152UF CRU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mozzarella fior di latte, val\u00e9riane, jambon cru, figues, gouttes de ricotta<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Pizza &amp; Fichi, nous privil\u00e9gions la Pinsa Fichi &amp; Crudo ! Nous \u00e9talons une fine couche de mozzarella fior di latte sur la base de notre Pinsa et la faisons cuire le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 sa cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, on dispose le jambon cru tranch\u00e9, les feuilles de val\u00e9riane (ou soncino), les figues noires coup\u00e9es en quartiers (apr\u00e8s les avoir soigneusement lav\u00e9es et s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, sans les \u00e9plucher) sur la Pinsa et on d\u00e9core de gouttes de ricotta fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons \u00e9galement servir cette Pinsa ti\u00e8de, en focaccia assaisonn\u00e9e ou apr\u00e8s l&#039;avoir coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux, en amuse-gueule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DESSERT : CERISE NOIRE, ORANGE ET RICOTTA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Mousse de ricotta de vache sucr\u00e9e, cerises noires au sirop, orange confite, feuilles de menthe, copeaux de chocolat blanc.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la mousse, il faut diluer la quantit\u00e9 de ricotta n\u00e9cessaire pour recouvrir la Pinsa Romana. Pour cela, peser la ricotta \u2013 encore froide du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur \u2013 et ajouter environ un tiers de sucre blanc cristallis\u00e9 (par exemple, 35 grammes pour 100 g de ricotta). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On travaille \u00e0 la fourchette jusqu&#039;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance facile \u00e0 tartiner. On fait cuire notre base de Pinsa 5 minutes \u00e0 four tr\u00e8s chaud et, \u00e0 la sortie, on la tartine de ricotta, on la d\u00e9core de cerises noires au sirop, de zestes d&#039;orange confits en fines lamelles, de feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche et de copeaux de chocolat blanc.
