Produit relativement r\u00e9cent, la Pinsa Romana originale a \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9e. <\/em><strong><em>en 2001 par Corrado Di Marco <\/em><\/strong><em>avec son m\u00e9lange exclusif de farines, c&#039;est la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour tous. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Il est reconnu par le <\/em><strong><em>parfum<\/em><\/strong><em>, du <\/em><strong><em>go\u00fbt<\/em><\/strong><em>, du <\/em><strong><em>coh\u00e9rence<\/em><\/strong><em>, du <\/em><strong><em>l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><em> et de la <\/em><strong><em>digestibilit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><em>Une fois que vous avez go\u00fbt\u00e9 le vrai, vous \u00eates en mesure de comprendre la valeur de la diff\u00e9rence par rapport aux autres produits du march\u00e9. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>L&#039;exemple que je donne est celui de la confiture\u00a0: ceux qui, comme moi, ont eu la chance de go\u00fbter une confiture maison, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec des fruits frais m\u00fbris sur l&#039;arbre, savent imm\u00e9diatement distinguer une confiture industrielle d&#039;une vraie.
