Avec une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de <strong>fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>, cette saison ravive notre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 culinaire et nous permet de cr\u00e9er de nombreuses nouvelles <strong>recettes de Pinsa Romana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saveurs chaleureuses, parfums bois\u00e9s, douceur des fruits m\u00fbrs et tendres\u00a0: autant d&#039;ingr\u00e9dients nouveaux \u00e0 marier avec charcuterie, fromages et \u00e9pices, le tout accompagn\u00e9 de vins et bi\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9. Mais ne nous perdons pas dans d&#039;autres bavardages po\u00e9tiques et d\u00e9couvrons quelques conseils pour<strong> recettes de Pinsa Romana avec des ingr\u00e9dients d&#039;automne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SAVEURS DES BOIS : CHAMPIGNONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand vous pensez \u00e0 un paysage d\u2019automne classique,<strong> la for\u00eat<\/strong> C&#039;est l&#039;un des d\u00e9cors qui me vient le plus \u00e0 l&#039;esprit. Et c&#039;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette saison que l&#039;on se perd parmi les sentiers bord\u00e9s d&#039;arbres et ombrag\u00e9s, \u00e0 la recherche de champignons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le champignon le plus recherch\u00e9 au cours de cette p\u00e9riode est <strong>le d\u00e9licieux c\u00e8pe<\/strong>, qui est pr\u00e9cieuse car elle ne peut \u00eatre cultiv\u00e9e. Ensuite, nous avons la <strong>chanterelles<\/strong>, cach\u00e9 dans le sol moussu, et <strong>peupliers<\/strong>, qui \u00e9mergent des troncs d&#039;arbres tels que le peuplier, l&#039;orme et le sureau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces variantes de champignons se marient parfaitement avec une base de Pinsa Romana rouge ou blanche accompagn\u00e9e d&#039;un d\u00e9licat fior di latte ; vous pouvez ensuite ajouter du saucisson ou du speck, pour une recette vraiment montagnarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En automne, nous partons \u00e9galement \u00e0 la recherche de certaines variantes sp\u00e9cifiques de <strong>truffe<\/strong> qui donnent leur meilleur go\u00fbt pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment entre octobre et novembre. Avec un ingr\u00e9dient aussi savoureux et un ar\u00f4me intense, la base de notre Pinsa peut \u00eatre une cr\u00e8me d\u00e9licate comme celle de <strong>citrouille<\/strong>, un autre ingr\u00e9dient typique de l&#039;automne qui ne peut manquer dans les recettes de cette p\u00e9riode de l&#039;ann\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques paillettes de truffe ou quelques gouttes d&#039;huile parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 celle-ci seront encore un excellent ajout \u00e0 toutes les recettes, traditionnelles ou non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DU JARDIN \u00c0 LA PINSA ROMAINE : LES L\u00c9GUMES DE CHAMP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blette, chicor\u00e9e, endive, radicchio, \u00e9pinards<\/strong>:en automne, le jardin se remplit de l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles, que nous pouvons ajouter \u00e0 notre Pinsa Romana aussi bien cuits que crus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces ingr\u00e9dients sont parfaits lorsqu&#039;ils sont accompagn\u00e9s de <strong>charcuteries fum\u00e9es<\/strong>, comme le speck, le bacon et le guanciale ; pour la m\u00eame raison, le <strong>arnaque<\/strong> C&#039;est l&#039;un des fromages les plus populaires avec ces l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est \u00e9galement la saison des r\u00e9coltes pour de nombreux types de <strong>l\u00e9gumes crucif\u00e8res<\/strong>, comme le brocoli que nous aimons d\u00e9guster sur une Pinsa Romana avec de la saucisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QU&#039;EN EST-IL DES FRUITS ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fruits d\u2019automne peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre un ingr\u00e9dient int\u00e9ressant pour notre Pinsa : <strong>figues <\/strong>Ils font partie de nos pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s et nous aimons les d\u00e9guster sur une base de Pinsa Romana blanche avec du jambon cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une confiture de <strong>kaki<\/strong>, un autre fruit juteux de cette saison, se marie parfaitement avec les fromages \u00e0 p\u00e2te molle, qui peuvent \u00eatre tartin\u00e9s sur des tranches de Pinsa juste assaisonn\u00e9es d&#039;huile EVO et d&#039;un peu de romarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et vous, quel fruit ou l\u00e9gume d&#039;automne pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez-vous d\u00e9guster sur la Pinsa Romana\u00a0?
