Ajouter l&#039;oignon, le c\u00e9leri et la carotte et cuire doucement 5 \u00e0 6 minutes, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;ils soient tendres. Ajouter les tomates pel\u00e9es, deux bo\u00eetes d&#039;eau et une bonne pinc\u00e9e de sel. Ajouter le basilic, couvrir partiellement et laisser mijoter doucement pendant environ 45 minutes, en remuant de temps en temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parer les boulettes de viande<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Presser le pain ramolli et le d\u00e9chirer en morceaux. Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer le pain avec la viande hach\u00e9e, l&#039;ail, le persil, l&#039;\u0153uf, le pecorino r\u00e2p\u00e9, le sel et le poivre. Bien p\u00e9trir \u00e0 la main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fa\u00e7onnez de petites boules (environ la taille d&#039;une noix) et enrobez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de farine. Faites-les frire dans l&#039;huile chaude, dans une po\u00eale profonde, pendant 4 \u00e0 5 minutes, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce qu&#039;elles soient dor\u00e9es. \u00c9gouttez-les sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>M\u00e9langer et cuire<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Transf\u00e9rez les boulettes de viande dans la sauce tomate et laissez cuire encore 15 minutes pour m\u00e9langer les saveurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9chauffez le four et faites cuire les bases de Pinsa Di Marco comme indiqu\u00e9 (environ 5 minutes \u00e0 250\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Assembler le plat<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez les boulettes de viande et la sauce sur chaque pinsa, saupoudrez de pecorino, ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic frais si vous le souhaitez et servez bien chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et ce n&#039;est que le d\u00e9but de notre aventure.
