Flour

Our flour mixes are specifically designed to create high-quality products, characterised by a unique flavour and very high digestibility.

Bases

The Pinsa bases, made with Mother Dough and without adding preservatives or additives, are made by hand, leavened for 72 hours, pre-cooked and then flash frozen to fully preserve their characteristics.

Spolvero

Our dusting flour, with heat-treated rice flour and durum wheat semolina, dry and make even extremely hydrated dough workable, making the pizza even more delicious.

Precooked Pinsa Romana base

Pre-cooked Nuvola bases are made with Mother Dough, leavened for 72 hours and packaged in a modified atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the real Pinsa Romana right at home.
