The Pinsa Romana Classica from the fridge is the product from which it all began. It is renowned for its mix of wheat, rice and soy flours, for the 72-hour leavening, for its taste and characteristic shape. If Pinsa Di Marco is known throughout the world, it is thanks to her.
The classic is an artisanal creation that preserves all the nutritional elements and the flavor of the freshly baked Roman pinsa. Preparing it is also child's play, as it only requires 5 minutes of cooking in your home oven. To maintain its fragrance over time, the Pinsa Romana Di Marco Classica Frigo should be stored between 0°C and 4°C in the refrigerator, and to adapt to consumer needs, It is available in single or double base packs.

A single product cannot satisfy everyone's needs. For this reason, we have created the Pinsa Di Marco Multicereali, aimed at those looking for a more rustic taste combined with maximum lightness, but without losing the basic characteristics of the Classic Roman pinsa.
What differentiates Multicereali from Classica is the dough: to the renowned mix of flours we have added wholemeal rye flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, oat flour, barley malt and barley flour. The result is a dough even tastier but also digestible, with a high fiber content and lots of seeds that “crunch” with every bite. Multicereali can also be stored in the refrigerator and is available in single or double-base packs.
The typical consumer of Multicereali pinsa is very attentive to health and well-being and is certain of to be able to combine them with a particular and intense flavour. It’s no surprise that it’s a great choice for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
THE CLASSIC ENVIRONMENT, FOR THOSE WHO ALWAYS HAVE A FULL FRIDGE
In this case, the dough has nothing to do with it. We created the Classica Ambiente to meet the needs of those who have a small or constantly crowded refrigerator, and at the same time wants to enjoy our pinsa at its best. The Classica Ambiente is therefore a Classica in every way, but eliminates the need for refrigeration while guaranteeing long-term conservation. It is therefore an option that not only saves space in the fridge but also offers the same experience as the classic pinsa: lightness, artisanal processing, low fat and sugar, digestibility and crunchiness.

THE CLASSIC FREEZER, FOR THOSE WHO ALWAYS WANT TO HAVE A SPARE ONE
Among the many new products for 2023, the Pinsa Romana Classica in the Freezer version, that is, frozen, It's one of the most interesting.This version of the Classic, which retains all the characteristics we love intact, is designed to satisfy the needs of those who often have to deal with surprise guests, those who love to improvise an aperitif at home or, more generally, of those who prefer to avoid frequent trips to the supermarket.
The Classic Freezer is capable of reaching a storage period of 18 months, thus offering the flexibility of always having an option ready in an instant at hand: its preparation, in fact, requires only 2 minutes more cooking time than the Classic from the fridge. This does not apply to those who plan their consumption a little in advance, because it is enough to defrost it to return to the "classic" 5 minutes of cooking in the home oven. Ideal for families or, indeed, those who do not like spending their time in the store.
The Classic Freezer is now available in the 1-base format.
PINSA ROMANA SNACK, FOR A QUALITY SNACK
The shape and generous size are peculiar characteristics of the Roman pinsa, but it is also true that offering only one size risks being limiting. In fact, the Roman pinsa is not simply a "single dish" as we usually mean pizza, but can also be an afternoon snack, a dessert to end the meal, a quick aperitif, a snack or a dinner for the little ones. In all these cases, and many others, the traditional pinsa format risks not meeting the needs of the consumer. So we have (almost) halved it and we have created two 130 gram Snack versions (compared to the 230 grams of the basic format): the Classic one for the fridge and the Ambient one to keep in the pantry.
Both snack versions maintain the winning features of the Di Marco pinsa, including the very quick preparation (5 minutes of cooking), but intercept different and more specific needs than those of the traditional format. They are also perfect for those who want to experiment with new recipes, whether sweet or savory, before proposing them "on a large scale" to friends. Creativity always remains the winning weapon.
