Market forecasts say that the world of Pinsa, in retail alone, will grow dramatically between now and 2025 and we want to hold the reins of this ride.
With this in mind, we have expanded our team with five experienced and highly qualified personalities, which will help us on two fronts: strengthening internal operational capabilities and strengthening our position in the Pinsa market.
The roles – which concern the commercial, financial, operations, marketing and human resources areas – are part of a broader project to strengthen the company structure, demonstrating the successful results that the brand is achieving: thanks to a ambitious vision and to a Made in Italy product of excellence, we are ready to redefine the standards of the sector food, in the name of lots of news.

SALES DIRECTOR – DANIELE PROCACCINI
With twenty years of experience in the food industry, Procaccini has gained experience in large companies and multinational groups including Mars, Danone, Mellin and Deoleo, working in different segments and dealing with heterogeneous sales channels. His in-depth knowledge of the local and international market and his innovative approach to trade marketing, category & revenue growth management, will open new horizons and positive challenges for the company.
MARKETING DIRECTOR – FABRIZIO VIVARELLI
With twenty years of experience in large groups and SMEs in the food sector, Vivarelli brings with him a 360° expertise in the world of marketing, with the aim of making the world aware of an exceptional product in an emerging category, but destined to soon conquer all consumers. Among his references, Unilever - in the Algida ice cream segment - and Grom artisanal ice cream, where he has also consolidated his skills in the field of trade marketing, business development and sales.
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR – ALESSANDRO BROKEN
With more than 20 years of experience in multinational companies such as Sony, Fendi, Colgate and Palmolive, Rompato now takes the reins of the company's Finance area. His determination in his work and his belief in innovation make him a valid leader capable of guiding financial strategies with a view to continuous growth and resource efficiency.
OPERATIONS MANAGER – JOHN LOVELY
With over 20 years of experience and boldness, he is adept at solving complex operations issues at all levels. His broad and in-depth knowledge of production, maintenance and quality processes will help ensure the efficiency and excellence of the company.
HR MANAGER – VALENTINA GIANNINI
With twenty years of experience in multinational companies operating in various sectors including Finmeccanica, Galileo Avionica, Lifebrain srl, HD Solution, Giannini has always been passionate about training and human resources management. Her ability to create a stimulating and engaging work environment will be fundamental for the well-being of employees, the corporate culture and the achievement of high-level results.
