We open the month of May by participating in the 21st edition of Cibus 2022 in Parma: we will be present with a large exhibition area (Hall 3, Stand C 014) which will host the best of our professional flours for pizza and Pinsa and all our Cloud line dedicated to large-scale distribution, with the original Pinsa Romana bases in the Classic, Multicereal and Ambient versions.
During the fair, the expert pinsaioli Di Marco will churn out Pinse Romane in different versions, sweet and savoury, with traditional and vegetarian condiments, to give the Cibus public a taste of the goodness of our products.
AT CIBUS WITH PROFESSIONAL FLOURS DI MARCO
At Cibus our entire line of flours dedicated to the bakery and catering sectors will be on display: from those dedicated to the preparation of Pinsa Romana to those for different types of pizza such as Shovel, the Baking tray, the Round, up to the most recent flour Multi-graini, for doughs with a rustic and wholemeal flavour.
Di Marco flours are born from careful research to select the best ingredients and are designed to guarantee lightness and high digestibility of the dough.
LARGE SPACE FOR THE CLOUD LINE
Great emphasis also on Cloud, the line of original Pinsa Romana bases ready in 5 minutes in the oven: Classic Cloud And Multigrain Cloud flanked by the latest arrival at home Di Marco, Ambient Cloud. The latter stands out from the previous versions because it is the first that can be conveniently stored outside the refrigerator, maintaining the characteristics of lightness and genuineness given by the special mix of soy, rice and wheat flours and a long leavening of 72 hours.
Pinsa Romana, invented by Corrado Di Marco in 2001 and characterised by its unmistakable elongated and slightly flattened shape, is now widespread and appreciated throughout the world for its taste, high digestibility and crunchy outside and soft inside consistency.
