The innovation of Pinsa Cloud, the ready-made base of the original Pinsa Romana by Di Marco, has in fact convinced the expert jury composed of 101 buyers and operators in the sector, winning the coveted Thespi Award 2022The award ceremony took place today in the Plenary Hall of Cibus, the International Food Exhibition hosted by Fiere di Parmato.

The Nuvola bases follow a long leavening process of 72 hours and are prepared and worked in an artisanal way by the Di Marco pinsaioli, who roll them out by hand one by one. Thanks to the characteristic lightness and the quality of the mix of rice, soy and wheat flours used in the Nuvola dough, we have managed to offer the public a product that with just 5 minutes in the oven releases all the freshness of the original Pinsa Romana freshly baked.
The innovation of Nuvola pre-cooked bases began with the versions Classic and Multigrain to be kept in the fridge and then continued with the new one Ambient Cloud which is stored at room temperature.
