“Italy X” is a unique project in Italy, which aims to promote the search for quality, style, attention to detail and creativity, typical of Made in Italy entrepreneurship, to promote the development of Italian production chains and their competitiveness, offering them greater support and visibility. The certification allows to identify companies with the ability to conceive, design, innovate and produce according to the distinctive features of the Italian tradition, going beyond the simple manufacturing of a product.

Since the 1980s We have revolutionized the world of pizza with an innovative, lighter and more digestible mix of flours. In 2001 we created Pinsa, encouraging a continuous evolution of the restaurant sector. We have recently operated a successful rebranding for our retail brand and are now exporting our know-how to countries that are interested in our way of interpreting Italian bread-making.
