We are proud to announce that our Pinsa Romana for large-scale retail trade, in the convenient and practical frozen version, has earned national recognition, winning the prestigious Italian Food Award 2025 in the “Frozen Products” category, following the evaluation of technical partners NielsenIQ (relating to market performance) and Bva Doxa (consumer panel representative of residents in Italy).
After the award received in 2023 for the refrigerator and ambient versions, we consider this further recognition as a confirmation of the excellence of the Di Marco range: so all our Roman Pinse – fridge, environment and now also freezers – have been awarded for quality, innovation and distinctiveness. A result that makes us proud and that rewards our daily commitment in the selection of raw materials, in the hydration and fermentation processes, in the care that our master pinsaioli put every day in the artisanal processing of each single base.
The award, in the panorama of Italian Food & Beverage, highlights the value of the interaction between brands and customers, underlining the importance of customizing products to the needs of consumers. Here the entire shopping experience becomes fundamental: from the packaging approach in the preferred area of the supermarket to tasting at home. This is also why we offer multiple product storage options, so as to meet consumers at the exact point of their personal purchasing journey: in this case the freezer version was awarded, the Pinsa Romana with the longest shelf life, always ready in a few minutes, which solves every situation.
We are also pleased that this result comes at a time of strong company development: with the inauguration of the plant dedicated only to bases for Ho.Re.Ca and Retail, we have been able to dedicate a privileged space to the products that ensures excellent and continuous production.
