2022 for Di Marco is full of news as always tasty and innovative! After the launch of the two new bases Puccia and Smile, from our laboratories in Guidonia Montecelio, just outside Rome, comes a new blend: Multigrain flour.
The new products will be previewed to catering industry professionals at Sigep, the 43rd International Exhibition of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee scheduled in Rimini from 12 to 16 March.
EVEN MORE TASTE WITH THE NEW MULTICEREAL FLOUR DI MARCO
In the large exhibition space (Hall D2 stand 047) at Sigep, we will present the unique taste of the delicious varieties of Pinsa Romana created by Di Marco for the world of professional catering and we will preview the brand new Multicereal Flour, available in the 25 kg format for Pinsa, Roman Pizza, Tonda, Teglia.
Sigep collects world excellence of raw materials and semi-finished products in the bakery sector, with a special focus on technological innovations and the latest trends in Made in Italy catering.

THE NEW PUCCIA AND SORRISO BASES AT SIGEP 2022
At the Rimini event, we will also present the two new frozen bases, Puccia and Smile: worked in artisanal way by the expert pinsaioli Di Marco, who leave them to rise naturally for 72 hours, the two new formats are then laid out by hand one by one to finally be “killed” to maintain the flavour and fragrance unchanged.
Sorriso It has the shape of a semi-open shell, ready to accommodate and enhance any filling, instead Puccia It is characterized by the typical shape of traditional Salento bread: puffy and without crumb, ideal for seasoning according to your own taste and creativity.
