2022 saw us cross Italy from North to South and cross foreign borders to bring the Original Pinsa Romana to tables all over the world. But our mission continues: so we begin 2023 with an itinerary full of events in Catering and Food Fairs most important in Europe.
Our greatest desire is to expand our community of professionals and spread the word about our beloved Pinsa. The consumption of this product has now exploded both in Italy and around the world: its lightness, high digestibility and crunchiness are truly convincing everyone.
All thanks to the artisanal processing and the slow leavening of 72 hours: we at Di Marco know this well, because we are the company that invented the original recipe over 20 years ago!
These are our next appointments at the fair: are you ready to take note?
MARCA – BOLOGNA 18-19 JANUARY 2023
Brand by BolognaFiere it is an event that has already seen us exhibitors in 2022 with great success of visitors. We are therefore returning to Bologna with a large exhibition area (Pav. 16 stand A13-B14) where we will exhibit the entire range of Nuvola Pinsa, the original ready-to-taste Pinsa Romana bases dedicated to large-scale distribution.
Visitors and buyers will be able to taste the traditional Classic Cloud, try the genuine and rustic flavour of Multigrain Cloud and discover Ambient Cloud, which combines all the characteristics of lightness, taste and digestibility of Nuvola with the convenience of being able to be stored outside the refrigerator.
To these three variants, there is also the base of original gluten free Pinsa Romana, always handcrafted with sourdough and ready in a few minutes.
Last year Marca counted more than 800 exhibitors and 10 thousand visitors: this is why for us it confirms itself as an important event to meet the GDO business community.
SIRHA – LYON 19-23 JANUARY 2023
Sirha it will be our first appointment at the fair of 2023 abroad: this year the event celebrates its 40th anniversary and for this reason it is an essential appointment in our calendar dedicated to international fairs.
We will have an exhibition area in pavilion 3.2, stand 3B 104, inside the large space of Eurexpo Lyon which this year has 4 thousand exhibitors. We will be comparing ourselves with the world catering, bringing the taste of our Pinsa Romana and the professionalism of Made in Italy. We can't wait!
SIGEP – RIMINI 21-25 JANUARY 2023
We could perhaps have skipped the Rimini Fair stage with the exhibition Sigep? After the exciting experience of 2022, we have chosen to confirm our presence also at this event which is an unmissable opportunity to discover the latest news, innovations and trends in Food Service.
129,000 m2 of exhibition space with over 1,000 exhibitors: we will be in pavilion D2 stand 004, where we will exhibit the best of our products dedicated to the world of catering.
