Commitment and Sustainability

Solar panels on the roof of the production site cover 10% of the electricity requirement. 50% of the energy consumed comes from renewable sources.

ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, HALAL, KOSHER, HACCP: Food quality and safety. ISO 14001 : Environmental management. ISO 45001 : Health and safety at work. SA 8000 : Corporate Social Responsibility.

Reuse of food waste: use of waste as animal feed or biogas. - Packaging reduction : reduction of packaging thickness
(same technical specifications). Use of 50% recycled plastic (RPET).

- Welfare : health insurance for all employees, with possible future expansions.
Ethics :Model 231 And whistleblowing .- Reduction of injuries: 20% decrease vs 2022, with a 98% drop in their severity.
Increased female presence: +300%in 2024. Future strategies : new recruitment methods to promote gender diversity, career opportunities and improve pay equity.

Food Bank Donations : extension to new Italian regions (2-3 trucks of products donated each year). - Community Support: designing a parking lot to reduce traffic near the plant.
